Refund Policy In Our Company

1. Service Non-Delivery or Failure If a service you paid for fails to be delivered due to a technical issue on our end, VoxoSMS will review the case and provide a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Customers must report issues within 2 days of the service failure.

2. Subscription Cancellations For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods may be issued at VoxoSMS’s discretion, depending on the remaining time and the services already rendered.

3. No Refund for Misuse or Violations Refunds will not be issued if account suspension or service termination occurs due to violation of our Terms of Service, misuse, spam, or illegal activity. Customers are responsible for understanding and following the rules.
